Terms of Service
- Accounts. You must be 18 or over and give accurate details. You are responsible for activity under your account and for members you add to your workspace.
- Credits & plans. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Plan credits are added at each renewal. Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable except where required by law. Failed generations are refunded in credits automatically.
- Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from Billing; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days to cancel a new subscription, but by starting to generate content you ask us to begin immediately and acknowledge that you lose that right once digital content has been supplied.
- Your content. As between you and us, you own the prompts you enter and, to the extent the law allows, the outputs you generate on a paid plan, subject to the licence terms of the underlying AI models. You give us a limited licence to store and process them to provide the Service.
- AI outputs. Outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, similar to others' outputs, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use, including for third-party rights.
- Acceptable use. You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy below. We may suspend accounts that breach it.
- Availability. The Service is in beta and provided "as is". Models may change or be removed.
- Liability. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
- Law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Acceptable Use Policy
You must not use the Service to create or share:
- sexual content involving minors, or any sexualised depiction of a real person without consent;
- deepfakes or impersonations of real people intended to deceive;
- content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, violent-extremist, or promotes self-harm;
- content that infringes copyright, trade marks or other rights;
- misinformation or disinformation, including misleading political, medical or financial content presented as fact;
- sexually explicit or pornographic content of any kind;
- content that promotes, instructs on or depicts the making of weapons, explosives or other dangerous items;
- malware, phishing material, scams or anything designed to deceive, defraud or harm people or systems;
- uploads of content you do not have the right to use (for example other people's photos, logos or videos).
You must also not try to get around our safety measures, share your account, or use automated scripts to access the Service.
Automated safety checks. Prompts are checked before generation, and outputs flagged as explicit or unsafe by our AI providers are blocked automatically and the credits refunded. Repeated attempts to create prohibited content may lead to suspension without refund.
Report misuse to info@techmegatrends.com. We review reports and may remove content and suspend accounts.
